Refund Policy

Read our refund and return conditions carefully. This policy explains when refunds are possible, how they work, and how to request support.

Important: IPTV subscriptions are digital products that begin processing immediately after purchase. Refund eligibility is strictly limited to technical failure from our side.

1. Digital Goods Refund Policy

Because IPTV subscriptions are digital and delivered electronically, refunds are only possible in specific situations.

Once the activation process has started or the line has been delivered, the order becomes non-refundable, except in cases where the service cannot be delivered at all due to server issues.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund ONLY if:

  • We are unable to activate or deliver your subscription within 24 hours.
  • The server is completely unavailable for more than 48 hours consecutively.
  • You purchased the wrong plan and contacted us before activation.

Refunds are not eligible in the following cases:

  • Customer provided incorrect device information or MAC address.
  • Internet connection speed is below the required threshold (see Section 3).
  • Customer changed their mind after the service was already activated.
  • Subscription was blocked due to sharing or multi-login (against terms).

3. Technical Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring their environment meets these requirements:

  • For 4K/8K: Minimum 50 Mbps stable connection.
  • For HD: Minimum 20 Mbps stable connection.
  • Latency (Ping) should be lower than 50ms to our servers.
