Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our IPTV / streaming service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important Notice: By purchasing any subscription from NovaStream8K, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined below regarding digital access and usage.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Company: Refers to ElineProvider.
  • Service: The IPTV streams, VOD content, and applications provided by Us.
  • Subscription: The paid access plan selected by the User.
  • Device: Any hardware capable of running the Service (Smart TV, Box, Mobile).

2. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing ElineProvider signifies your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, you must immediately cease using the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Activation

3.1 Service Provision

Subscriptions are provided for a fixed duration. Content availability (channels/movies) may change without prior notice due to server updates or provider changes.

3.2 Activation Time

Once payment is confirmed, we aim to activate subscriptions within 1-6 hours. During peak times, this may take up to 24 hours.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

  • Single Login: Unless specified in your plan, accounts are for one device only. Multi-login will result in automatic suspension.
  • No Re-streaming: Capturing or re-streaming our content is strictly prohibited.
  • Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

5. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions are prepaid and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for any transaction fees applied by your bank.

6. Refunds

As our Service provides immediate digital access, refunds are only issued if the Service fails to work due to a fault on our side that cannot be fixed within 48 hours. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

7. Limitation of Liability

NovaStream8K is not liable for issues arising from the user's internet connection, device incompatibility, or third-party app failures. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription term.
